General Description: This building is 105’ x 110” and has 10-inch concrete floors throughout the building. The shop has a heated floor using a natural gas boiler. The three offices are cooled by a roof-mounted air conditioning system. The floors, walls, and stem walls are all insulated as well as the 6 overhead shop doors. The shop uses T5 fluorescent lighting. The shop has an exhaust system to remove diesel smoke. There is a vented floor pit with hose reels for grease and is lighted. There is an overhead compressed air reel system. The shop is plumbed for fresh and used oil. In one area there is a very large office and a smaller one. There are two bathrooms, one shower and a storage room in this area. There is a third smaller office attached to a large parts room. There is a tool room with a roll-up overhead door. There is a soft water system installed. There is a trailer wash adjacent to the building and a truck wash system (see video). A used oil heater heats the wash bay. The whole facility is on city sewer.
There is second story access by steel stairs. The floor is Flex-Core to carry a large amount of weight. Upstairs is storage for 500 gallons of new oil and 2000 gallon of used oil. The chemical tanks for dispersing appropriate chemicals are staged upstairs as well as a soft water system. There is a bulk water tank for the truck wash upstairs. The upstairs has a door towards the shop so you can access it with a forklift should you need to move heavy items up or down.
There are large cement approaches on the east and west side of the building and ample truck and trailer parking on the south and north sides of the highway.
This is a modern shop/facility and was well thought out for any truck, auto or repair needs.
