UNRESERVED ONLINE AUCTION

April 02, 2020

Bidding opens March 19, 2020, and ends April 02, 2020, at 10:00 AM MST

This farm is selling on our unreserved online auction.  To register and bid, visit www.bigironrealty.com.

The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on total acres times the highest bid.  Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

Kansas has a “Mandatory Stay at Home Order”.  BigIron Realty will adhere to this order.  We will not be hosting a public information meeting as previously advertised.  All bidding will be done online on www.bigironrealty.com.  If you need assistance submitting bids on any or all of the land selling, please contact listing agent Mike Campbell at 785-821-0619 or call Mark Stock at 800-887-8625.  We will be able to help you get registered to submit your online bids or can offer you other bidding options.  Thank you for your understanding as we all go through an unprecedented time in the world.  The winning bidder will be emailed or mailed purchase agreements as this farmland will sell to the highest bidder on Thursday April 2.

BigIron Realty agents are also farmers and ranchers and we love agriculture.  We know crops will still be planted and harvested and livestock will still be tended to just as it has done in the past.   We will continue to feed the world and this quality farmland will help get the job done.  Make arrangements today to ad this land to your operation or investment portfolio.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning March 19, 2020, and ending April 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. MST.  This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes.  This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract.  All tracts sell individually with no combination of tracts. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours prior to the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.
