BigIron Realty Agents will be at the BigIron Realty Office in Columbus, NE on November 13, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and November 14, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until the conclusion of the online auction.  Please come during the times scheduled to discuss the farm.  BigIron Realty Representatives will be there to assist buyers with registering to bid online.  You do not have to be present to bid online, but you are required to be available by phone.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning October 31, 2019, and ending November 14, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the coupled tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes.  This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract. General Description: This dryland farm has 56 acres of cropland, lays flat to gently sloping and has good gravel road access.  Along the slough, there are 3.85 acres enrolled onto CRP for a buffer strip, but that contract ends on September 30, 2019.

Terms:  The successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately after the sale with a $50,000.00 non-refundable down payment (per tract) to be payable to BigIron Realty Trust Account.  The earnest deposit can be made by a personal check, company check or by wire transfer. These properties will be closed first ½ on December 18, 2019, and the second ½ on January 8, 2020. Possession of the land will be given on January 8, 2020, and possession of the Acreage on Tract 5 will be March 1, 2020.
