Tract 1:

General Description: This farm is pivot irrigated on a portion of the west half and is dryland on the east half. The west was in corn this last season and the east was in soybeans. The west half has $5,200 of fertilizer applied for next season. The Plum Creek separates the two parcels. The pivots are both T & L, six tower units. A Perkins diesel power unit is used on the well to the north to supply water to both pivots. There is electric power used for the south pivot. The farm has great access right off Hwy 14 and is close to local markets, including an ethanol plant. There are four grain bins on the farm. The north bin has storm damage. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the coupled tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes.  This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract.
