The bidding increments will be $50/acre. The final sale price will be calculated based on the total acres times the highest bid.  Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments.

PLEASE NOTE:  Terms for these tracts have been amended to be more BUYER Friendly.  The real estate taxes for the current year AND the cash rent will be pro-rated to date of closing.  CLOSING will be on or before August 20, 2021.   Closing was previously set for September 22, 2021.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning Tuesday, July 6, 2021, and ending Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 11:00  a.m. CDT.   This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. General Description:  This tract lies level to gently rolling.  The southwest corner of this tract borders 145th Street and the majority of this tract is on the north side of an approximately 20-acre tract (Leboldus Tract 1) which is not a part of this.

Legal Description:  S ½ SW¼ Section 16-121N-71W Less Leboldus Tract 1 Edmunds County, SD, containing 60.5+/- acres.
