BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning August 27, 2020, and ending September 10, 2020, at 10:00 AM MST on the Cheyenne County tracts and 11:00 AM MST on the Kimball County tracts. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. The closing times will be automatically extended when any one of the coupled tracts receives a bid in the last 5 minutes and will close simultaneously when none of the tracts receive a bid for 5 minutes.  This will allow bidders to monitor each tract without the fear of missing out on any other tract. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. General Description:  This auction offers up 9 different tracts spread across Cheyenne and Kimball Counties.  They are primarily dryland crop ground with some CRP.  Any one of these tracts would make a great addition to an existing operation or a good investment property.  There are excellent tenants in place and the current lease arrangement is the owner would get 1/3 of the crop and only pays 1/3 of the fertilizer, fungicide, and insecticide cost.  The tenant receives 2/3 of the crop and pays all other input expenses. Tract C-1:  SOLD $660/Acre

Description: This nice laying farm is currently is about ½ wheat stubble and ½ fallow.  The tenant is planning on planting the fallow ground to wheat.
