General Description: This pivot-irrigated quarter is 100% farmable. It has a nine-tower Reinke pivot with a John Deere diesel power unit. The high-output well is located in the center of the farm. Cropground was in soybeans last year. There is an income-producing wind tower (Prairie Breeze Wind Energy II) located in the southeast corner of the farm . Like most cropground in the area, it is rolling and very productive with soils of Hobbs, Moody, and Crofton-Nora. Possession is open for 2020.

BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning February 13, 2020, and ending February 27, 2020, at 10 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. Terms: The successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement immediately after the sale with a $75,000 non-refundable down payment to be payable to BigIron Realty Trust Account.
