BIDDING PROCESS: You may place bids on this farm for 14 days beginning August 1, 2019, and ending August 15, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. Land Location:  From Clonmel, KS, 1 mile Southwest on Hwy 42 to road S. 199th St. W then turn south a quarter mile to road W 79th St. South, or from Clearwater, KS, go 2 ½ miles north on S 135th St. West, then go 3 miles west on W 79th St. South.  The land is at the intersection of roads S 199th St. W and W 79th St. South.  The land is on the south side of road W. 79th St. South.  Watch for yellow BigIron Realty signs.

Terms:  Seller (Frontier Farm Credit) reserves the right to accept a matching cash offer on the property from the previous owner at the high bid price with all other terms being the same as outlined herein.  Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer will be contacted by Real Estate Agent.
