This property is located about 7 miles north of Spalding, Nebraska. It has some of the best thick cedar cover in the state with plenty of open areas for forage. The quiet surroundings make this the perfect hunting paradise for your 2019-2020 deer and turkey hunting season. Hunting insurance is required and is not a part of the auction bid.
UTV’s and 4 wheelers are acceptable to be on the property to hunt and retrieve your animals. A deposit is required for any trash pick up and will be refunded upon review of the property – (pack in pack out)
There is an area for RV’s – no hookups at this time
.Bidding Process: Bidding increments will be $100 Real Estate Agent reserves the right to adjust bidding increments. You may place bids on this hunting lease for 14 days beginning October 24, 2019 and ending November 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. This unreserved online auction features bidding extensions. If a bid is received within five minutes of the scheduled close time, the bidding period is automatically extended to five minutes. This will continue until there is a five-minute period where no bids are placed. NOTE: Do not wait until the day the auction closes to register to bid online. All bidders must be approved to bid, so register at least 24 hours prior to the auction close or call 800-887-8625 for assistance.
Location: From Hillbill’s Diesel, on the northwest edge of Spalding, NE, go 7.2 miles on Old Hwy 101 to just north of Kusek corner then 2 miles east to 508th Avenue, and go 2 miles north, the property will be on the west side of the road.
Possession: After payment has been made. Lease expires January 31, 2020.

The written hunting lease agreement, to be signed by Owner and Lessee after the auction, is the sole and controlling document of this lease and supersedes any and all other terms whether verbal, written, expressed or implied and shall be the sole and controlling document for this transaction.
