General Description: This is a very productive, gravity irrigated farm close to local markets. The farm has 66.96 irrigated acres according to the Central Platte NRD. A good blacktop road provides great access. There is a creek that runs through the farm with some wooded ground making for a sweet recreational opportunity for hunting, fishing, and camping. The sellers have put in a footbridge to cross the creek to the north. The gravity pipe used to irrigate goes with the farm and a Co-op grain bin. There is some underground pipe used to irrigate. The well is electric. The pipe trailers and the red gate at the entrance do not stay with the farm. Investors: The current tenant has farmed this tract for many years and would like to stay on, if needed. This farm would be perfect for adding to your current operation with possible additional income from leasing the land out for hunting.
