2017 a Heritage Trust Grant funds was used to make the upstairs structurally sound and ready for development. A newer HVAC was also put in. Lots of insulation put in upper level when updated and redone.

The upper level could become a wonderful home for someone. Sheet rock completed, electrical, plumbing and wide-open space to work with. This could be a second business area as well.

There is a complete kitchen (commercial kitchen if restaurant is desired) some of the equipment included in kitchen, but not all inclusive: Char grill, Wolf Double oven and 8 griddle stove, Clean table, triple sink, flat ware, silver ware, cooking pots and pans, etc.
The bar area has glass ware, key cooler, bottle cooler and a player piano
There are many wood tables and chairs included, as well as wood church pews on upper level.
