Terms: The successful buyer will be required to enter into a written purchase agreement with a 10% down payment the day of the auction.  The balance will be due at closing on or before October 24th, 2014.   Possession will be at closing.  City Acquired the property to complete the Robinson Street underpass.  City of Norman WILL NOT be providing a Warranty Deed.  City of Norman will provide a quit claim deed.  Seller will not be providing title insurance or an abstract.  The Seller will be reserving an easement for a fiberline utility already installed. The Purchase Contract will be examined by the Seller’s attorney prior to acceptance.
