Irrigation and General Information: Pivot irrigated half section with two Reinke pivots, the North one new in 2017 and the other 2008 or newer. One irrigation well, powered by a 100 hp electric motor, located at the center of the north quarter serves both pivots with enough volume to put 1” of water to both quarters in 6 days total. 263.90 certified irrigation acres, Upper Elkhorn NRD. The tract is taxed as 158.49 acres is in the Elgin School District #18 with the 2016 taxes as $5,378.72.
