He is a trained auctioneer and licensed real estate broker in Kansas with over 10 years of experience, focusing on rural and commercial properties.
Ron possesses numerous agriculture contacts to include seed stock and commercial cattle producers, veterinarians, and others involved in the various aspects of agriculture and the beef cattle industry. He is a great listener as he assesses the needs of his customers, finding solutions to their programs and goals. Ron has extensive knowledge in marketing, budgeting, customer service, and professional representation of the customer or organization and its entities. In short, he knows agriculture, farmers, ranchers, and what they need to be successful.
Ron Hinrichsen and his family possess a diverse agricultural background. Ron grew up on a family-owned and operated Hereford cattle and grain farm. For the past 30 years, Ron, his wife, Lynne, and two children, Cale and Eva have owned and operated Hinrichsen Ranch, a registered Angus ranch in Westmoreland, Kansas. They have built their genetic program through intensive artificial insemination and embryo transfer program with the intent of producing functional, productive cattle with a balanced EPD profile. The ranch sells bulls through cooperative sales as well as females through private treaty. The family also develops steers and heifers for show prospects for Cale and Eva, as well as other juniors, to exhibit at the county, state, and national levels.
